Initiate Your Request

Contact our customer care team or log into your account portal to request a Return Authorization (RA) number within 15 days of receiving your order.

Prepare Your Package

Carefully repackage the item in its original shipping materials and box to ensure it remains protected during transit; items not in original packaging may be subject to a restocking fee.

Ship the Item Back

Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location, ensuring the RA number is clearly visible on the outside of the box.

Inspection and Refund

Once our warehouse receives and inspects the item to confirm it is in like-new condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable shipping costs.
